We do not sell or rent personal data.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry and audit form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. Used to reply to you and to carry out the work.
- Account: your email address, name, and optionally your company and phone number. Your password is never stored as written; only a one-way hash is kept.
- Session: when you sign in, your IP address and browser details are stored with the session, so we can tell whether your account is being used by someone else.
- Quotes and payments: the subject, amount and status of a quote, and the payment reference. Card details are not stored on this site.
- Usage statistics: Google Analytics 4, to see in aggregate how the site is used (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location).
- Live chat: the chat widget is provided by Tawk.to; messages you send there are processed under Tawk.to's privacy policy.
2. Cookies and browser storage
- aw_sid: set only when you sign in; keeps your session open.
- Google Analytics and Tawk.to set their own cookies for measurement and chat continuity.
- Your theme and language choice are kept in your browser only and are not sent to us.
No advertising trackers are used on this site.
3. Legal basis and retention
We process form and account data to handle your request and our working relationship, and usage statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site. Account, enquiry and quote records are kept while your account is open and deleted when you ask, except invoice and payment records we are legally required to keep. A session record stops working when you sign out or when it expires.
4. Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the site, and only as far as needed: Google (usage statistics), Tawk.to (live chat), Cloudflare (traffic to the site passes through its network) and our email infrastructure (notifications we send you).
5. Your rights
Write to [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data. In the UK or EU you may also complain to your supervisory authority; in Türkiye your rights under KVKK apply.
