We honor a strict 14-day refund window from the exact timestamp of initial system deployment, provided that the architectural limits (download count, generation bandwidth) have not exceeded an exploitative threshold. If you initiate a refund, your commercial license is instantly revoked, and any deployed assets utilizing our architecture must be theoretically scrubbed from production.
Bespoke enterprise monolith builds, custom data ingestion operations, and hard-coded server architecture configurations are completely irreversible and heavily resource-intensive. Consequently, these specific customized deployments fall strictly outside of basic refund protocols.
